Storage of data of the Bevoy well-being platform:
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. All data we collect from you through our platform is safely stored on servers located in Dublin (AWS) , which are subject to stringent physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information.

Personal data is processed by Bevoy for the following purposes:
The purchase of home tests
The conclusion and execution of the contract (placing the order, processing the payment, sending the order and communicating the results), as well as the invoicing and the follow-up and collection of these invoices, whether through third parties or not; Allow the exchange, creation and deletion of certain information; Personalization of the products and/or services to be delivered and the associated support services, usage information, service messages or other related (electronic) messages; Compliance with the regulations applicable to the company in the broadest sense; Other specific purposes for which separate consent may be requested.
The use of the Bevoy well-being platform.
The Bevoy wellness platform (the “Program”) is a voluntary employee health program that encourages healthy lifestyle changes. The Program is paid for by your employer, your spouse’s employer, or another sponsoring organization (the “Program Sponsor”).
It is the client of the Bevoy wellness platform (employers) who add various information to the platform such as users, challenges, rewards, questionnaires/check-ups.
We store our Customers’ data on our service providers’ servers, but we have no control over its collection or management. We are not responsible for our Customers’ use of information they upload to the Bevoy well-being platform.
Our agreements with our Clients prohibit us from using that information except as necessary to provide and improve the Bevoy well-being platform, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law.
All data collected on the use of the Bevoy well-being platform is only shown at an aggregate level to the well-being platform’s customers (employers). Your employer cannot in any way view and analyze activity levels, survey responses on an individual basis. If it is possible to view a particular answer to an open question, it will be anonymized in each case.
Use of tracking functions and activity data of connected users and third parties
It is possible to import activity data from other applications into the Bevoy well-being platform. You must explicitly agree to link these applications to your account in order to import this data.

With an iPhone, you can track activity and health data and import data from various apps into the Apple Health app. You must give explicit permission to share this data with Bevoy or allow Bevoy to export data to Apple Health. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

The transfer of personal data
Purchasing home tests:
